Shocking service
A vehicle was bought from a BMW dealership in Johannesburg and when we moved and I took the vehicle for its first service, I was told it had accident damage of R242 000. I paid R350 000 for it. The only driver of the vehicle was the dealer principle, which had the accident, a vehicle which needed to be written off was repaired and sold to me. I have moved from SA and BMW made me an offer on the car but as soon as they noticed the accident damage they retracted the offer, no one want to buy the vehicle, guess no one in their right mind although there is nothing wrong it it and it's still under motor plan. I get an email from BMW saying they are proceeding with recovery of the veg heckle because I'm 2 month behind which when I asked for a statement is not true. They are not responding to my emails, I have emailed finance, BMW SA, customer service you name it and they just ignore me like I don't exist. Be careful when you buy a BMW, specially from SANDTON Autohaus and the \BMW"experience guy are promised is non existent"
