SHOCKING ATTITUDE FROM A LINE MANAGER ON BMW FACTORY FAULT!

To whom it may concern , this is now my second request for a senior person above your technical manger, Niren,to call me back . A case has been logged on a factory fault of yours. Please refer to puma case . Niren's handling of my situation was of total ignorance and bad attitude and I want this resolved at his senior level! You don't walk into a meeting with a customer and your first words are " I have a few min for this and I have to leave" where is your professionalism , furthermore it is quite evident you have no interest In the matter. This is a serious matter if not resolved too my satisfaction , it will be escalated at a legal stage.
