Sheer driving *****sters!!!

Bought a car with BMW in November, only to find out last week that BMW has listed another vehicle worth R1.5million with Credit Bureau. That car doesn't belong to me, I've received no explanation how it happened. I found out from my Banker will applying for a credit card increase. I have been trying get this matter resolved since Monday 15 January. With phone calls not less than 20min. The team leader at BMW finance Lebo Kgwarae promised to call me Friday. He has not done that..I called this morning again asked for him, after holding 10min the call cut. No one has attempted to.call.me back. Our personal information is not safe!! BMW has not taken any accountability instead they are ducking and diving. My credit score is affected!!
