Service very poor

I have bmw *** model, since I bought that car I never enjoyed it. Is over heating was towed 2 Midrand, centurion and Menlyn but still experiencing the same problem until today. The is no part that was not replace in that vehicle, from engine to computer box, coolent bottle even a turbo was changed... last time I was told the was a loss ***** in my engine.... bear in mind the engine is new " BMW engine" and now the is a funny sound coming from the engine... I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do.... I need help
