Service not done

I have had my car \serviced"at the Rivonia Rd (Sandton) dealership in January 2015 and Melrose in May 2015. Both services have 'included\"" work done on my front and back breaks among other things that were claimed to have been done on my car. I had to go in again now in December to the Melrose branch as my service light was going off again. One of the things that were on my invoice was an oil change among other things.
