Service department never returns calls

I've been having serious problems with the lack of BMW Sandton service department's lack to return any of my calls. Last year November 2015 I had to book the car in to fix an issue which was not fixed after I had told them to do so while my car was in for a service. They ignored my request, two weeks later the car had to go in to get fixed for that issue. They fixed it okay, then decided to keep my car in the warehouse collecting dust. When I went to collect it, it was unwashed and 10times more dirty than it was when I dropped it off. Kim, the service person who was assisting me apologised and offered me a free valet wash at my own time, I must just let her know when I am ready to bring the car. The following week I called almost everyday to book the car in for a wash now, I was told she is busy each time I called and I kept leaving messages for her to call me back and to this day I am still waiting for her to call me. I eventually gave up calling after two weeks of trying. Yesterday I called the service department again to enquire about my engine oil which keeps finishing within 2 months, I'm still waiting to be called back after leaving a message because they were busy AGAIN!
