Service advisor who thinks she's the actual technician

<p>Every time I took my car to BMW Clearwater , this lady Nozi whose a service provider always had an opinion as if she's the technician. Several times I've sent me car in and she would tell me there's nothing wrong with my car , it's normal . Was very ****ed when my car had a major engine problems , this after I kept on taking my car in and Nozi would specifically tell me there's nothing wrong. People should learn to stick to their job discreptions. My car could have been diagnosed soon had she not acted as if she knows cars</p>
