Schemer, colluding and terrible service

I took my vehicle in at BMW Pinetown. After receiving a ridiculous quote for a battery replacement, the sales rep (for parts) negotiated to R700 less, which makes me wonder whether BMW has turned into a street vendor or a shop down town where they state a certain high price and drop it after a customer expresses their concern. Be that as it may, i called BMW Durban and they quoted me about R1,500 less. Wishing to take my vehicle to BMW Durban, the sales people at both dealerships conversed and now the conversation changed and BMW Durban is now stating they have to do to my vehicle as stated by BMW Pinetown. Is BMW running a cartel? Further to this, they are forcing me to carry out certain services in the car, even after i expressly refused. Can service get any worse??? Schemers, lairs and collusion. BMW Pinetown is the worst!
