Sandton BMW shocking service

I took one of my BMW's to BMW Sandton in December 2018. While having the brakes fixed, one of my mag wheels was badly damaged. BMW promised to get it fixed. This was 4 months ago and despite following up weekly I am now told I'm number 3 on the waiting list for a loan car. Surely there are companies approved by BMW who can fix the alloy in one day? What about telling me to sort it out and sending BMW the invoice to reimburse me? There has to be another way instead of telling a client who owns multiple new BMW's that he needs to wait months and months to get a wheel fixed. I bought 2 new BMWs and I will never buy another one because of the shocking service I have received st Sandton. Constant promises but never following through. Apparently the manager I was dealing with has left ad well as the dealer principle. I will go back to Audis that I have been driving for the last 2 decades.
