Sales person to speak to and what to do when you have an issue with something at the dealer

If you want a great sales person go for Xolani he is the best sales assistant that I have dealt with with the dealership, I had an issue with Carl and I reported the issue to the dealership and BMW they immediately sent me to Xolani and you now what I have never been happier, The dealer did not take time as well to divert me to Xolani after the issue I had with Carl so all in all in this review if you dont get something sorted call the complaints department and see if you shall not be assisted, number 2 if you looking to buy a car, Speak to Xolani, he is gonna advise you well!!!!!!
