S1000RR 2020 model defective and bmw support non existant

The bike is brand new. Gave me engine problems at ****m, and now at 1400 km it died on me in the middle of the road

Bmw montana motorad (Greg) said it just needed to be reset when I had the problem at ****m milage.

Now with the same problem bmw montana motorad (johan) says that i rushed them last time hence the bike was delivered to me without being checked properly. The is a brand new bike purchase for over R400 000-00 cash and bmw is not taking responsibility for what is clearly a defective motorcycle

Please assist as I cannot run a motorcycle which clearly has a defect and engine problems that bmw south Africa doesn't seem the care about.
