I am extremely disappointed and poorly serviced by the BMW isando Kempton Park we took the car in for service on the 13th May. OK they did the service and replaced a few things in order to removed a few faults that showed the monitor. On the same day after collecting one or two faults come back on the monitor had to miss work and go back to get it fixed, they get one of thier technician to check and fix it again, 4 days later the light bulb which was replaced stops working, couldn't go the same day back to BMW ISANDO SO I WENT IN TODAY AND I WAS TOLD BY MELANIE PAPPAYYA THAT MY CAR IS OLD AND THE LIGHT BULD WHICH WAS REPLACED WILL NOT LAST LONG, AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE IT REPLACED AGAIN BY THEM AND PAY AGAIN FOR A LIGHT BULD WHICH ON LAST FOR 4 DAYS. THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ******* EXPLANATION AS TO WHY I SHOULD PAY FOR ANOTHER LIGHT BULB WHICH WILL ONLY LAST FOR FOUR DAYS AGAIN
