Road Assistance ***********

On the 0l January 2022, I was coming from Suncity Rustenburg with my daughters. Between Ventersdorp and klerksdorp I hit a pothole .On the screen I was told that I can travel atleast 50km ,which I did until I reach the garage to put the pressure on my vehicle. but that didn't materialize because the tired was ****ed up .I took my vehicle to my house because I was not that far though the was vibration in my steering wheel and the vehicle was not behaving like normally . The following day I called bmw for loan a tire ,after getting advice from my colleque who is normally assisted by bmw in situation like this. BMW road assistance consultant told me she will call me in few minutes and which she did and told me that there are no tires available they can only provide towing service to the dealership and I ask if the towing will be for free and she said yes.

In the morning I called them again to check if there tires again and the gentle called me back and said tires are still not available and they will only provide towing service. I asked them how will I go to work,because I don't have the tire .they told me that there is nothing they can do on their site.

On the 2 January 2022 I bought the tire and ask for towing service that they promised to provide. I provided them with all my details and they even send me messages that they will come and fetch the vehicle on 3 January 2022 .later on the consultant called me telling that I will have to pay for towing. I was so furious because all along I was told the service will be given free BMW road assistance is taking people for a fool's. It this because I am a black women or what ? I accepted the fact that the loan tire service was not provided but even the towing too.Why BMW company not allowing customers to have Special wheel to avoid this ,service that that they know they are *********** on it.I asked them if they want me to take the vehicle back to the street because they said my situation is not an emergency. They are not even considerate that I took their responsibility of taking the vehicle to the safe place. I was ensuring that I was safe with my children because the incident happens at night,the safety of me and my children was my priority.

Now I have to skip work to actually sort myself out getting a tyre.

BMW SA Is a mess and need to be investigated because they are uncompromising their customers I shared my experience with my colleague who told me Batho bao bago eletsa makgakga.
