Returned Parts and still have not received my funds as Promised

<p>Returned Some Engine oil i purchased from For****s BMW in tygervalley since it was incorrectly supp**** for my High Km bmw. ( Oil supp**** was too thin )</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told my cash will be in my account Yesterday 18/07/2017</p> <p>By 5pm, nothing was in.</p> <p>I spoke to a lady who said she needs manager approval and manager was in meeting but it should be in my account by 9Am 19/07/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its now past 9am and no funds... Hate how My money gets deducted INSTANTLY when i paid for stuff, But takes long for it to be returned to me</p> <p>They now Sitting with the Damn Engine oil and My cash..</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
