Repairs and servicing

I had a problem with my radio and usb switching off all the time since it was new and I have taken my car to the dealer twice and Natasha from Centurion dealer gave me an excuse saying the car is like that its a protector and I find that there is no way this can be normal every time I am listening to the radio it goes off every 10 min this is so irritating and I am getting tired of this can this be sorted out.
