Repairs and Serciving

I booked a service for my car 22 of July 2015 REG VYR465GP. My sister dropped it off in the morning, consultant Carlo. Carlo was advised to check the light error notification. 13:15 still no call she followed up with Carlo. A car was dropped off in the morning & service commences after 2PM. She came to fetch the car was told it was not ready. She waited. Invoice showed light bulbs were replaced. The car didn't start but eventually it did. The service light was still on and the light error notification was still on. She asked Carlo to explain why the lights were still on if the service has been done. Carlo couldn't say why. Why was I charged for light bulbs & still the light error with service light were still on? Carlo was asked why the light had water but didn't have when it was brought in for a service. Asked why the car wouldn't start he said that the battery needs to be replaced. An hour later the car wouldn't start. Battery was checked battery, very new. I brought back the car. Now it's not a battery it's the starter. The car was brought in for a service it did not have a starter problem. I need to know what they did to my car. And who will pay for the damages?
