RE: Good Service and Customer Care

I would like to applaud Autohaus Monti: BMW Dealer for their excellent service & good customer care. I took in a vehicle for an inspection to check for leaks on the underside of vehicle. I was assisted by a very kind Service Consultant who was communicative, energetic and kept me informed throughout the day for the relevant processes. May all Service Consultants shine bright like Elaine, and all dealerships be bench-marked against Autohause Monti for good customer care.
