Probably the worts BMW dealer on service

I recently bought a car from the BMW alberante branch and what a bad experience it was. From the sales person not having any knowledge of the vehicle to late delivery and still waiting for goods and service from management on basic things that were promised more thAn a month ago. I would not recommend anyone to use this dealer.
