Pour quality repairs,BMW repair centre failing to repair a BMW

Hi. I took my car for repairs at sandton auto repair centre. Rear bumper and fender were damaged. In this one incident alone I had 3 complaints: 1. Boot wires and boot light hanging - Quality checks did not pick this up. 2. Rear defuser not properly installed - Quality checks did not pick this up 3.Rear left fender/bumper not fixed properly.- Quality checks did not pick this up I too the vehicle back in 3 times and still my car looks like it was fixed at some fly by night repair centre without proper equipment. The customer relations manager told me that this is the best quality they can provide inline with BMW standards,the customer relation manager was very rude. I am very close sharing the photos with local news papers and social media as this seems to be the only language people understand,the nation must know the kind of quality to expect from BWM. They must know once your BMW gets bumped it will never look the same because even BWM does not know how to fix these cars. I even regret buying a BMW and i doubt i will ever buy it again and i will never recommend it to anyone.
