Poor workmanship & poor customer service

I took my car for a service they said there was an oil leak and a water leak. I was charged R 5930,06 for the repairs to be done. When i collected the car one of the people at BMW assistyed me as i was driving another and we dropped the car at home. The date was 07 September 2015<br> <br> When i started using the car i was smelling oil and i saw smoke coming out of the engine.<br> <br> Upon investigation i realised that the oil was dripping from the tapped cover onto the manifold hence the smell and smoke.<br> <br> I feel that the time the car was with Vaal Auto they could have offered me proper service. The kilos when the car left BMW was 200525. The car is now at 201847 kilos and the oil is still leaking.<br> <br> I would like to be refunded and take the car somewhere else as i feel that my interest was not taken at heart.<br> <br> Hope request will reach your favourable consideration
