Poor show BMW Bedfordview

My wife purchased a new x2 Msport from BMW Bedfordview. It has been to the dealership twice for the same complaint. Furthermore, The DP Guy Kilfoil offered her an advanced driving cause when she was looking at the normal X2. This has not materialized. She has sent a few messages regarding the advanced driving cause, but NO response!!! We then decided to purchase the New Gold edition of the X2 M sport BMW Bedfordview did not even give her a key ring when she purchased the new X2M sport . What a poor show!!
