Poor service,no good after sales service

Yesterday the 4th September 2020,I have a puncture on the side of the road,Sidewall damage.I call BMW on call.Lady was like in no hurry to assist.Told her I was in a bad area,she needs to speed things up , nothing Already telling me we might not have a tyre for you,we will tow the vehicle.After 10 minutes calls me back ,we will tow you.I explained I need to be mobile.No No have to be towed,can I speak to supervisor,put me on hold for 8 minutes.He sings the same song.This car is two weeks old 400km on the clock and gonna be towed.I asked myself what if I went away on holiday what would happen.Finally sat on the roadside 2 and a half hours.
