Poor service received from Bmw (case no:***)

Last year 2022 around April/ may my car was taken in for tyre replacement along with wheel alignment at Clearwater Bmw Roodepoort. Upon receiving the car I was not happy with its condition, of which I took it back to have it fixed and they say they did but still my car was not in the right condition. And so I took it back for the third time, this time a technician was allocated to take a drive with me and we observed that the car was pulling towards the right side. And their technician said this would be the case due to poorly structured South African roads of which I disagreed because prior the car was in perfect condition. Now to my annoyance, a few months later my car has been taken in for repairs with 2 front tyres being damaged due to wheel alignment that was not done correctly ( in less than 10000 km). What I don’t understand they’re refusing to take responsibility for their poor service. And they’re now telling me that all this is because I drove my car with flat tyres, what I don’t understand is how because my car tells you if there is a flat or if tyres are not balanced (135m sport 2021 model). As bmw customer I spoke to bmw South Africa concerning this matter, they’re not doing anything instead they’re also supporting what bmw Clearwater is telling me without doing their investigation and understand why my tyres got damaged as if I’m the one who’s at fault.
