Poor service from the dealership

Yesterday 22 July I went for a car service at BMW Autohaus Monti which is now known as BMW Super tech East London . The dealership refused to switch off the service warning light after they had completed my service and the reason was that I had not done my breakpads with them. They had initially told me that changing of break pads does not form part of the service and it came as a surprise to me when they didn't remove the warning light. Today my car is still reflecting the warning light. In addition to this I received a dirty vehicle yet i had been notified that the car was in the wash bay after the completion of the service.
