Poor service from bmw polokwane

I took my car today to bmw polokwane i arrived there 7am , as i was from mokopane they gave me lift to the mall of the north to wait for them to finish car, they never informed me with the sms or call about the where about of my car until it was 15H30 that's when i decided to call them to ask what's happening with my car, that's were they told me my car is ready they will send me a drive to come and fetch me, on my arrival i found Mariska service advisor wait for me at the door and she just gave me my car keys and say your vehicle is at the parking, and when i asked her where is the invoice or list of the thing you have changed she just said i will send you those thing on your email, i refused to go and she came with the long list of thing's that they were changed and some of them it was brake disc, my car doesn't even have 2 years but they have changed them but i just said it's okay but i adked them where is the old thing's that you replace from my car i want to see them and that's were they told me all those old things that they were removed from the car they are been send back to BMW SA for checks and i ask them including the plugs and oil filters etc. They said yes if your car has motorplan they don't show you or give you anything that is been removed from the car they are sending them to BMW SA unless your paying cash thats were they will give you those old things or show you and even before replacing them they will inform you first, but with motorplan cars they don't inform they just replace without informing you, my car was not even washed.i asked to see the service manager but send me workshop foreman his name is Martin and he also told me they can't show me or give me those old things they removed from the car, they told me that is BMW SA rules or procedure or they way they do things , it was first time i came across this kind of service or maybe I'm wrong to ask to see the things they removed from the car and the invoice? I don't think i will ever service my car at Bmw polokwane
