Poor service from BMW Bloemfontein

24 August 21 I excepted delivery of a BMW X3 from sales person David Mathiba. I was promised delivery of licences and registration of the car but to date my car it’s still not registered, I’ve already had two temporary permits which the current one already expired on the 14/10/21. Every effort made with David to get my car registered fell flat from empty promises.

On the 20th I decided to called BMW SA requesting intervention as I was not getting any joy from BMW Bloemfontein. Today Nokuthula Khanyile from BMW SA called to give more excuses on behalf of David saying they apologise the matter will be sorted out, but when I asked what action will be taken against the dealership or David, she says it’s internal while I am suffering and not being able to drive a car that I’m paying for cause it’s not registered. When I said i will report this treatment to the media she tolled I can do what I want.
