Poor Service

Greetings,

It has been a very disappointing experience for me at BMW Supertech in Newcastle on the 02 Sept early morning. My car could not start (Immobilizer Anti-Tempering Protection) so i arranged a breakdown through my insurance to take the car in, got there off load the car, went to reception, Nitesh insert my key on the machine & advised that i have not been servicing my car with them so i can not be assisted. Prior to that i had made a call to ask if i could bring in the car for diagnoses after i explained my situation. I was turned / chased away, couldn’t believe that they are chasing away a customer for service they do offer. For a second i thought this was the “Owner” of the company, but still BMW is a very high profile company known for its best profile. What an inconvenience, had to make another call for my car to be towed away.

Very Disappointed for this Pathetic Service.
