POOR SERVICE

BMW Supertech Newcastle, In my entire life I have never seen such an unprofessional Panel beater like this. I have wasted my time, money, airtime running after them in fixing my car the right way. My car stayed with them for 3 months and nothing was done to it all i was getting was excuses until i decided to take it. the parts were ordered and available I then gave them a week to finish but nothing was done until i told them that I am taking my car whether it is fixed or not . they then did it on the last day when I was there to pick it up and lot of parts were missing. i then gave them more than 2 week to put every thing together I will send my car for them to finish. to my surprise 2 parts were still not fitted. where they are supposed to do customer service it was the other way around, I was the one who is doing customer service. Is this the way BMW operate? may be it is because there lot of damaged car outside. I am not sure whether they know what they are doing.

I will never refer any one to fix their cars there and I will even engage my insurance because of the poor service i received from this Branch
