Poor Service

Zero stars. My BMW 120i had to be towed in for repairs. The BMW dealer in Fourways provided me with a quote to replace the turbo on the car. I escalated the matter to BMW South Africa as I would not expect a vehicle with 70000km to have turbo issues. This was two weeks ago. BMW has undertaken to investigate the matter. Two weeks later and I am still waiting.
