Poor service by salesperson

I visited BMW SUPERTECH durban today as I made a request on a preowned vehicle . The salesman Darren asked me to come in store to see him. I got to the service desk and was told he was busy. I continued to wait for a full hour without any feedback . If I knew it's going to take that long I should have been advised.<br> <br> Really poor customer service to new customers. I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT BRANCH AGAIN!!
