Poor service BMW SA

VERY POOR SERVICE:

Waiting for a letter to be written and to be signed for almost 4 weeks. My husband was in a moto vehicle accident Which was already a traumatic experience and now this crevice from BMW SA. We don’t even have problems with our Insurance, even they have to wait for that letter before they can assist us. Is this now service we as clients have to get from MBW SA.
