Poor Service_Bmw Durban South/Miway Insurance

I am disappointed with both Miway insurance and BMW Durban South. Vehicle was involved in a front bumper accident on 3rd of March. Then Vehicle was dropped off at Durban South on 5th of march. Today being the 23rd of April. My vehicle is still not ready. This being almost 2 months from incident. This shows the bad qualiy of work both from the insurer which is Miway and the repair/panel beating shop being BMW Approved Repair Center Durban south. I would not recommend anysone sending their vehicle here due to the turn Around time. This mainly being the delay with the insurer and the assessor. Very and service for sucha a small repair. Had it been a major repair. I would be sitting well over 2nto 3 months waiting for a vehicle. Paying an installment and insurance premium with no vehicle at hand.
