Poor service at BMW and BMW fountains club motors

What a bad service by BMW fountains....got my car towed on Friday the 9th November 2018, today i call and I'm told it hasn't been diagnosed( though i told them it's a drive train problem ). I ask for courtesy car because they don't know when they gonna finish they tell me they can't give me today(pulane the consultant). I call the service manager who promised to sort it out by getting me something from avis and till now I haven't got any response. They promised to call at 15:30 and it's now 16:18.i always thought BMW are professionals but I see they are just like any other company. I will never recommend BMW and BMW fountain to anyone. You pay a lot of money for poor service.rather pay little and expect nothing. What a waste of my precious money to a non-deserving company
