Poor Service and Bad workmanship

I just purchase a new BMW S 1000 RR Motor Bike. I ordered a AKRAPOVIC pipe thru BMW Pinetown When they installed it they damage my oil filter at the inside of the bike. I took pictures and report to Delwyn. He contacted me later and explain they receive them like this from the factory, he also send me pictures of a new unit on the floor. His pictures reflect the outside of the bike and not ob the inside where the pipe was fitted. I do not accept this and this is a brand new bike with 1350 Km. They offered to repair if I bring the bike back. This is phathetic as this is a very expensive brand new bike, I expect them to come and uplift the bike and fit a new cooler.
