Poor or No Quality Checks on repairs

This is the second time I’m taking my new BMW to this place 1st time it was for the front fender to fix a dent, when I went to collect my car they had actually forgot to put back the M bedge only realized this when I got home because my focus when checking was on the paint job, secondly the car was not cleaned off the chemicals they used when painting I had to take my care back 2 times for this to be corrected. Now I just took my car for the boot door replacement, number 1 the door is mis aligned I tell should it rain right now everything in my boot will be wet, number 2 the boot door was over sprayed on the inside and it was left like that deliberately cause the is no way that the painter or QC missed that if there is a QC, that over spray is so thick that I can pick it with a s****. My opinion is that there is no proper QC on the repairs at this place done
