Poor customer at BMW

I am not happy with the service I am getting at Eastview BMW Mbombela. My car was towed last week Tuesday and the 1st problem was resolved over the weekend .I asked BMW on Tuesday to paint the dents and scarches and they promised to call me back but they didn’t . I only discovered yesterday that they only submitting the pictures and quote to the insurance company 4 days later . They promised to give me a call today and they didn’t . I have been without my car for 2 weeks which could have been 1 week .
