Poor CEX

I thought it was next to impossible for any @bmwsouthafrica branch to give bad customer service worse than Centurion branch; well, @bmwmenlynauto just proved to me that *nothing is impossible* with them. ☹️☹️☹️ they are on another level of bad CEX. No feedback no update no communication. Two days without a car. What an inconvenience ?
