Poor after sales service

<p>Took car in for service on brakes after buying it brand new , was told that the vibration cannot be sorted as all rims on vehicle are buckled ???? Seriously . How does a car that is five months old have all wheels buckled!!! Now on top of this they want to leave me without a car for two weeks or so without a hire car ...how am I supposed to get around.</p> <p>I have bought numerous cars from BMW since 2000 ...this is not what I expect from you. This is outrageous after sales service for what seems to be a factory defect. </p> <p>The other issue your Customer service Call Centre had me holding on for over 12 minutes ...shocking service BMW!!</p>
