polokwane bmw worst branch in the WORLD

BMW you have the worst service ever I will pray for your down fall. here are the reasons for your downfall -I took my car for 90000km service, two days after it been back from services. a warning light comes on saying low coolant. -a call came from bmw sa asking how was my experience I told the lady unfortunately I forgot her name I told her several complains which I will list as she declared that the phone call is been recorded. -three weeks after the car has been back from service another warning light comes on saying drivetrain , seen that this is an important matter I thought BMW would take this matter serious so I walk into the shop only to be told that the car cant be diagnosed due to it not been repair week like how does that concern me now? and they said like I expect BMW to take such matters seriously why do I have to complain first before they can diagnose my car ? why am I denied a whole week of not driving my car? is this even right for a client who spent hundreds and hundreds of Thousand Rands.

please deal with the poor service that I am facing with one of your Branch please im highly annoyed.
