Pay a lot of money for BMW but poor service

<p>Was driving from Johannesburg to Burgerfort with my wife and little brother for a holiday. Half way to our destination we had a punture around 7PM. I was not worried because I was certain that BMW will promptly assist us with a loan tyre to continue with our destination. I called BMW on Call for assistance and a woman by the name Tumi "assisted" me. Well, she eventually told me there is no loan tyre and that they cannot tow me to my destination because they only tow to the nearest dealer. So I asked her what happens to me and my family, she boldly said i must make a plan and arrange someone to come collect us. That's when I realised buying a BMW was a very BIG mistake. I could have opted to buy Mercedes or AUDI, but I bought BMW and I'm paying a lot of money for it. </p> <p>Right now I am at Burgersfort and cannot find a replacement tyre. I Have to get back to Johanneasburg by Sunday. The least BMW can do for me is to arrange a loan tyre, that's all I need right now.</p> <p>My holiday has been spoiled because BMW cannot keep their promise :(</p>
