Pathetic service from BMW Montana

Today 06/10/2022, I have called the BMW service department now more then 20times to try and book my vehicle. Reception keeps on putting me through then no one answers this is terrible. For a big company like BMW, we need professional who can assist us with service booking. Not even the service manager is available for calls how pathetic.
