Pathetic Service

Its very easy to see why BMW South Africa is closing down, as the service receive from BMW Sandton, BMW Clearwater and BMW Northcliff / Cresta is appalling. No one returns your emails and all I'm trying to do is buy a spare for my vehicle. I even went to BMW Clearwater this afternoon and was not allowed into the premises as I didnt have my license or id book with me. Truly pathetic service
