Pathetic service BMW

Pathetic service received from BMW I bought a car early March and I was promised by the sales guy Thabiso that they’ll send me my new number plates, a bag as well as the car license been using an expired permit since March as they failing to deliver the service I paid for, I asked several times with no positive feedback, BMW in Boksburg is unable to get the car license because they sold me car that is not road worthy it failed inspection. I’m getting traffic fines due to this. Thabiso ‘a manager has been telling Thabiso that I owe them R5k if that was the case where is the written signed agreement
