Pathetic Service!

After 3 mails, three weeks apart, I have still not received a response on the matter below:

_____

Hi Ali,

VIN: WBA3A16000NS35991

I have been telling up all the challenges I have encountered to date and I hereby would like to raise a formal complaint in which I would like you to address:

Prior to purchasing the vehicle on the 1 July 2016(payment made to seller) I was informed that the vehicle's motor plan was not active.

I inquired with the Seller who informed me that the vehicle was inspected by BMW Vaalridge auto.

Email confirmation was received on the 27 June 2016 that the vehicle was quality assessed and was found to be within BMW's standards(see email attached, 1)printed copy 2)a hard copy of the email communication)

On the terms of the motor plan re-instated, I purchased the vehicle.

I further took the vehicle to BMW Autoglen to move the motor plan onto my name(07 July 2016).

To my surprise, I was further informed that the car does not meet the quality standards based on the following:

The front right rim was buckled
The rear tyre was non road worthy
One hooter was missing
the Battery was not BMW accredited
I have since incurred a total sum of R8246.09 to re-instate the motor plan, and this is all due to the fact that the initial assessment conducted by BMW Vaalridge auto was certainly not in accordance to the BMW standards.

I therefore would the full sum of R8246.09 be reimbursed due to the negligence and misconduct of the initial assessment!

NOTE. I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known that the vehicle required all the above changes listed.
