Pathetic Service

My car was towed to BMW which one of my tyres is damaged . According to centurion I need to replace two tyres which could take 3 weeks for those tyres to be delivered.<br> <br> In the morning I went to BMW CENTURION and Andre told me that if I can source the tyres from any place. Then I went to super quick to source the tyres only to find out that the tyres are S001. BMW cancel the order which he didn't tell me the correct specification of the tyres.<br> <br> Now I can't get those S001 tyres and he told me I can't get the tyres. He initially said the tyres could arrive the next day all of a sudden 3weeks after order has been cancelled. why cant he re-instate the same order?<br> <br> BMW staff are not helpful and they argue with customers . He Doesn't want to acknowledge his mistakes.<br> <br> I hope this should be treated with urgent attention<br>
