PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & SELLING INFERIOR CARS TO CONSUMERS.
I bought a car (piece of *******) from BMW Vereeniging November 30 2018 and I had record 6 complaints so far in six weeks and counting. I brought my complains under the attention of BMW South Africa customer service but to date no response or satisfactory feedback. It has become so frustrating that I constantly have to call them to enquirer about the issue. Below are some of the complains I brought to their attention and STILL WAITING..... The car is rain leaking worse than squatter camp shack.
· First complain, The car had a scratch at rear bumper – I had to wait for a week before I could get the car.
· Second complain – tyres were worn up. Car was taken from me, I waited for another week for the second time.
· Third complain – car was completely out of alignment was pulling sideways.
· Fourth Complain – Grinding sound from the braking system which is still exist to date.
· Fifth complain – Permit expired after 21 days I had to continuously phone you about it. Finally received car papers and number plates 9 days after expiry date.
· Sixth complain (current & final) – Rain water leaking from the windscreen on the passenger side. Car roof was soaking wet. Water was dripping through the dashboard into the carpet. I had to put containers underneath to control the leak and that’s when I phoned BMW on call and spoke to Tiny.
