Parts ordered not delivered

Me and my wife bought shock mountings for our BMW 320d about two months ago, initially the guy who helped us said they'll arrive in a week. We went to find out when they'll be available after 3 weeks and he said he'd call when they arrive. We are still waiting. The BMW is the Rustenburg one.
