Paid up account

My motorcycle from BMW Finance was reposed last week Wednesday 30 March 2016, I paid up the full arrears by Friday 1 April 2016. When I wanted to fetch my motorcycle on Friday afternoon, from Aucor Auctions in Bloemfontein, I was told that I need to settle the full account. I then settled the full account of R122 116.93 on Monday 4 April 2016. It is today the 8th of April 2016 and still BMW SA have not send Aucor the release note for me to collect my motorcycle. When I spoke to BMW SA now at 14h30, they told I must also pay storage fees.<br> <br> How must I pay storage fees, if I phoned from Monday to get my motorcycle><br> <br> I await your help and assistance on this matter.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Paul Booysen
