overpriced labor at BMW Bryanston

BMW Bryanston : I requested the dealership to upgrade my car's standard halogen tail lights to the Union Jack LED lights. While they sourced the correct Retrofit Kit based on my VIN, the service desk consultant provided completely wrong technical information. He claimed that the installation would require extensive internal rewiring, take over 2 hours, and used that to justify charging an astronomical R12000 just for labor. However I got qout at other branch labor for R2000.
