On the waiting list for over 2 months

<p>Alberante BMW placed me on the waiting list for a courtesy car 2 months ago and still I have not heard from them, nor do I hear from them unless I contact them. I popped into the dealership/service department after 1 month had passed, shocked to find not 1 service consultant present. The gentleman who handles courtesy cars assisted me by showing me the list and advised me that I was number 8 on the list. </p> <p>I have no family or support structure in JHB to assist me with transporting myself to work, or my 3 year old to and from creche. So I needed a courtesy car. However another month has passed and still no word. I did a long distance trip and realised just what danger BMW has placed me in. While driving to Ladysmith the I drive switched of (as usual) and I needed to make a call for directions as I was lost in a place with no where safe to stop. I could not access the I-drive to access the phone book. I cannot access I-drive to see if my tyre pressure is fine, wiper fluid, etc etc. further my brakes are squeaking. Is this the service we should expect from BMW. What if I was in an accident and trapped in my vehicle,, could not access I-drive to call the ambulance or police!! Why don't you have more courtesy vehicles or realise how important I-drive is. I am a single mum, if something happened to me that day, would BMW take care of my son??? Yet my trust was placed in BMW and you are letting me down. BMW SA, Please help, this is not on!</p>
